1. Any goods recieved or delivered that are found to be damaged or faulty must be notified within 48 Hours ......

 2. Goods will remain the property of Skidmores Ltd untill payment has been recieved in full.

3.  A minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% shall be paid at the time of ordering goods.

4.  Value Added Tax is included in all quoted prices unless stated.

5.  Payment of outstanding balances must be made at the time of Delivery / Collection unless other prior arrangements have been agreed with ourselves.

6.  All Estimates /Quotations submitted are made without obligation and may be withdrawn at any time prior to acceptance but in any event shall lapse after 30 days.

7.  All sizes of products and colours are approximate.

8.  We reserve the right to withdraw or change the specification of our products at any time without prior notice.

9. Re Stocking Policy. If for any reason any item purchased is not required by the consumer after delivery has been made a re stocking fee of 20% will be charged in all cases. This is to cover delivery, admin and the cost of re stocking and selling of the items.
